Scindapsus pictus 'Exotica' with white (albo) sectoral variegation. Not to be confused with Scindapus 'Mayari'. 

Care:

Bright, in-direcgt light. Water when dry or nearly dry. Can do well in ambient conditions. Provide a plant or a pole to achieve mature or shingling leaves, but also does very well in a trailing pot. If purchasing in moss, keep moss evenly damp, but never soaking wet.
